Our story
RELAXPRESS began with a small press-on nail workshop and a single overseas customer. Rather than chase volume, we grew by adding categories our existing buyers were already importing from three or four separate suppliers — fragrance, decor, homeware, jewelry and pet lifestyle. Today a single purchase order can cover all six.

- Incoming materials — Wax, resin, glaze and metal batches verified against spec sheets and supplier COAs.
- First article — Golden sample approved by you in writing before mass production starts.
- In-line patrol — Hourly checks on dimension, colour and finish at every station.
- Final random AQL — AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor inspection with a photo report shared before booking.
- Load supervision — Carton count, drop test and container loading photographed and sent to you.
