Most items start at 200–500 pieces per style. Mixed-style orders within one category can often be combined to reach the MOQ, and ready-stock items can ship in smaller quantities.
Yes. Stock samples ship in 3–5 days; you cover the courier cost and we refund the sample fee against your first production order. Custom samples take 12–20 days depending on tooling.
Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T with the balance against a copy of the B/L. We also accept L/C at sight for orders above USD 30,000, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Typically 18–35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on category and quantity. Peak season (July–October) can add 7–10 days, so plan Q4 programmes early.
Yes. We handle FNSKU labelling, carton labelling, pallet plans and direct delivery to FBA warehouses or your freight forwarder in the US, EU and UK.
Yes — REACH, CPSIA, EN 71-3, LFGB, Prop 65 and MSDS as applicable to your market. Third-party testing at SGS or Intertek can be arranged at cost.
Shipping & Lead Times
Production lead time starts the day we receive both your written sample approval and the deposit. The table below reflects normal season; July to October typically adds 7–10 days across every category.

Freight options
- Sea freight (FCL / LCL) — from Ningbo or Shanghai. 22–32 days to US West Coast, 30–40 days to US East Coast, 28–35 days to Rotterdam or Hamburg.
- Air freight — 5–8 days door to door, suited to samples and urgent top-ups.
- Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS) — 3–6 days, used for samples and small trial orders.
- Rail to Europe — 18–25 days, a middle option on cost between sea and air.
Incoterms we quote
EXW, FOB Ningbo / Shanghai, CIF to your destination port, DDP for US and EU on request. We also deliver directly to Amazon FBA warehouses and third-party logistics providers with FNSKU labelling and pallet plans prepared in house.
Sample Policy
Samples are the cheapest insurance in this business. We would rather you spend two weeks on a sample than discover a problem when a container lands.

How the refund works
Sample fees are credited against your first production order of that item. Tooling costs are credited progressively — typically 50% at the first order and the remainder at the second reorder.

- Check the colour under the lighting your retail customer actually uses, not only daylight.
- Confirm the packaging fits your barcode and label placement requirements.
- Tell us in writing which sample is the golden sample — that is what the QC team inspects against.
