1. Acceptance
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
2. Website content
Product specifications, lead times and images are published in good faith for reference. Dimensions, weights and colours are indicative and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerance. Nothing on this site is a binding offer — a binding agreement is created only by a signed proforma invoice or sales contract.
3. Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, are based on the specification supplied at the time, and are subject to change if material costs, quantities, packaging or freight conditions change.
4. Intellectual property
The site design, text, photography and the RELAXPRESS name are our property. Product designs supplied by you remain yours — we do not offer them to other buyers, and we sign an NDA on request. Do not send us artwork you do not have the right to reproduce; you warrant that any artwork you supply does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Compliance
You are responsible for confirming that a product is permitted in your destination market. We provide test reports and documentation to support customs clearance, but final import compliance rests with the importer of record.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability arising from a sales contract is governed by that contract.
7. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Commercial disputes are handled under the dispute-resolution clause of the relevant sales contract.
